Oberflächenveredelung for Edelstahl

• Passivierung — Citric and nitric acid Passivierung per ASTM A967. Removes free iron, restores chromium oxide layer for maximum corrosion resistance.
• Electropolishing — Bright, ultra-smooth finish. Removes surface material for a mirror-like appearance. Ideal for pharmaceutical, semiconductor, and food-grade Anwendungs. Meets ASME BPE and 3-A sanitary standards.
• mechanisches Polieren — #4 brushed (satin), #8 mirror, hairline, and bead blast finishes available. Custom Ra values on request.
• Pickling — Chemical removal of heat tint and weld scale from fabricated Baugruppen. Restores full corrosion resistance after welding.
• PVD Coating — Physical Vapor Deposition for decorative colors (gold, black, rose gold, blue) on Edelstahl. Scratch-resistant, fingerprint-resistant finish.
